Tech Suit Ordering

Hello Team! Please see the message below regarding tech suit ordering from our Apparel Chair, Jamie McNanie.

As we are now approaching championship season, all high school swimmers have the opportunity to purchase a tech suit through B & R Pools (regardless of whether the swimmer has achieved a WPIAL cut).  There are advantages to buying at this time – swimmers receive the team discount, plus a $50 contribution that the district makes towards the suit.  In addition, since the order is placed through the school, it is free of sales tax.

Attached is the spreadsheet listing the available suits at the team price.   You may deduct $50 from the listed price because of the school contribution.  For example, if you are purchasing the Arena Powerskin Carbon Air2 Men’s Jammer, the price would be $240-$50 = $190 (no sales tax would be added).

All orders will go directly to Jennifer Michaels.  Please contact her directly if you would like to purchase a suit or if you have any questions about them.   You will arrange payment with Jennifer directly and pick the suit up from her store.

Deadlines:

We recommend ordering ASAP.  It can take Jennifer a week or more to get a particular suit in if she does not have it in stock.  Earlier orders can be in by the Mt. Lebanon meet on February 14.   Otherwise, you should order by Wednesday, February 21 to make sure you get your suit by WPIAL’s February 29.

Please feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions about this process.
